PCL Tear
The posterior cruciate ligament (PCL) connects the thigh and shin bones, and is located at the back of the knee. PCL injuries can be organized into four groups: grade I, II, III and IV. This ligament may tear partially or completely, and accompanying this tear will be pain and swelling.
