Ulnar Collateral Ligament Tear

The ulnar collateral ligament holds the ulna to the humerus. This ligament may tear from a single traumatic episode, but usually the cause is repetitive injury. When torn, the elbow becomes unstable, and pain on the medial side of the arm is generally reported.
